The rooms after the first night were not replenished. It should be understood for those choosing this hotel -is there is no housekeeping until completion of the third night. The floors leading to the doors need to be cleaned more frequently. Locks on our front door no longer were larches Breakfast is fairly equitable to most three stars chain hotels. The bar seems to be operating separately from the hotel. It opens at 4;30 pm and closes at 9 pm The bar, at this time , follows the same schedule. The food at the restaurant is suprisingly very good In my visit it was the most amazing part of my stay. One Of the front desk staff members was very attentive to requests. This hotel seems best equipped for bus tours of the area that stay one or two nights The sign outside the hotel states that monthly stays are $1300/month. I expect readers to make their own interpretation of this. The property has potential as some appealing landscape and pools seem to provide a memory of days-gone -by My rating overall would be “fair.”

A 10/10 experience from start to finish. Was one of those places that somehow exceeds the photos, and we left already talking about when we could come back. The highlight for us was swimming in the freshwater canyons nearby, genuinely one of the most fun afternoons we’ve had on any trip. Cool, clear water, gorgeous scenery, and the kind of thing you just don’t get at a typical hotel. We also saw a ton of wildlife around the property, which made every walk feel like a small adventure. Then at night the stars come out and it’s a whole other reason to be here. Very little light pollution, so you get that full sky you forget exists until you’re standing under it. The staff deserve a special mention. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything — recommendations, directions, logistics. They made the whole stay feel effortless.

The rooms need mayor upgrade. The towels are super old and worn out. Everything in the room is to bear bones, very minimal. I had to clean both lamps on each nightstand. We had two missing light bulbs: one on the night stand and the other on the lighting fixture over the sink. The sink had a horrible patch to cover a hole, very old and beat up sink. The outside looks so much better than the actual rooms, inside. I will not make this place my first choice next time I need a place to stay in Fresno.
