« AC was broken when we got there. We informed the resort staff and they were NOT going to fix it because this room is not “theirs” due to it being owned privately. Finally someone came by and fixed it. Same issue occurred again but with towels needed towels for the bathroom and it took over a day to get them because the resort would not give us any and the host of the VRBO wanted to charge us money for some. Also make sure to read the description there is a $40/night parking fee. Overall...

« I LOVED this beautifully restored historic cottage and wish I could’ve stayed longer! It’s in short walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach where the sunset is amazing and the water is crystal clear over black sand. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The bed was soft and luxurious. I will be bringing my family here next time I come because there’s plenty of room for my two grown kids and their friends. "Our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel was incredibly dirty — there wasn’t a single area that seemed properly cleaned. Even the dishes were dirty. we didn’t receive any of the agreed perks: no early check-in, no late check-out, and no complimentary sparkling wine. Overall, the stay was extremely overpriced for what we got. The value for money was terrible, and the experience did not make sense at all. "
