Had great service starting from the fay before with a personal call to explain parking and check in. Was greated and made to fwel welcomed. Easy checkin and chexkout. Room was cozy but clean and stocked with snacks!

Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.

Where do I even begin? My family of 4 fell in love with this spectacular 21 apartment style room boutique hotel! We immediately noticed how clean it smelt and how spotless & bright everything was! The level of cleanliness at The Courier Hotel far exceeded all hotels we've ever been in! All the staff was so helpful and friendly, it was like I was catching up with old friends even though we just met. Everything we needed was already there in the room. The property was amazing and had everything we needed e.g stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge.
And everything was clean and maintained well. And our cleaners provided us clean towels the rest of our visit.

Hotel sits a top a hill. Overlooking the oceans and salt marshes... Located a mile form downtown Gloucester and 3 miles from picturesque Rockport . Hotels grounds are well-manicured and roooms are clean. Lots of interesting scenery nearby. I’d recommend it.

We really enjoyed our one night stay in Gloucester at Bass Rocks. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and encouraged to enjoy freshly baked cookies and a cup of coffee in their cozy and scenic seating area as we planned our visit. It was difficult to choose where to eat and there were many local restaurants nearby. Afterwards, there were DVD's to borrow, a wonderfully heated pool and a large hot tub to soak in, as well as a gas fire pit area to relax around. It was lovely to have an ocean...
