Nice and clean and staff tried to assist and responded.
Did not like the room charge system. I had booked 3 rooms which were set up for each party to pay upon our arrival. When got to hotel I reconfirmed this and was told it was that way. Went to pay for my room and card declined. Paid otherwise. When got into room checked my credit card and found that hotel had put hold on my card earlier in day for all three rooms. At this point I have had charged for 4 rooms put through and told that it would take 2 or 3 days to clear the other 3 charges. The other parties arrived and paid for other rooms and had been arranged. There appears to be major lack of communication between Expedia and hotel. I had to spend an hour resolving this issue with hotel. This is 2nd time I have had issue between Expedia and hotel agreement. The previous involved a hotel that was indicated had free cancellation prior to a date. When I tried to do that I was told by Expedia person that I could not do this despite the online listing continuing to indicate that there was free cancellation. Again I spend considerable time resolving this. I am at point where I am unlikely to use Expedia again and instead will go directly to the hotel or airline directly.
