« Donna went above and beyond throughout our stay at the lake side home. There was a fridge stocked up with breakfast items and drinks, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom was filled with all necessities and it also had a jetted tub. The Wi-Fi was excellent speed technology in every room was so cool. Everything was easy to use because there was instruction to everything. We had a blast using the grill outside. There was a binder with instructions on how to check out, amenities around...

« We absolutely adored Cozy Cottage! It was clean and comfortable, and included everything we wanted for a relaxing girls weekend for Dahlonega Christmas. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen was well-equipped. The backyard includes grills and a firepit; it is quite shallow and drops off steeply, so it's not ideal for children.The closeness to downtown Dahlonega made travel easy. We would love to stay there again. »

« This home is close to wineries and also central enough for day trips to Helen, Babyland in Cleveland Georgia, the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, and Amicalola Falls. The cottage it self is very cute and clean and was equipped with all essential and extras. Full kitchen with basics needed to cook up a home cooked meal. Walmart and Publix were near by. The owners are outstanding and respond quickly to messages when needed. Rating 10/10 »

« Check in was so easy. I Loved the location of the property. However, in the pictures it looks as if the home is by itself. There are two other homes in the bottom of the valley with you. And the road you take in is the same small access road for five other properties. Being mindful of that will go a long way. There is no cell service, but there is WiFi available. The fire pit and jacuzzi were the best part. We will book with this company again. »
