Welcome to Dawsonville and one of North Georgia’s most intriguing locations, Lake Lanier. Here you will enjoy beautiful North Georgia mountains, vineyards, outlet shopping, hiking trails, etc. Only an hour north of Atlanta. This quaint studio cottage has all you need for a perfect getaway. You will enjoy fully furnished nights with a plush king size bed, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, and a custom designed master bath with a stand-up shower and a beautiful air-bath tub. Comfortably heated floors are included for colder nights and a gas firepit table on the deck.. On warmer evenings you will enjoy sitting on the outdoor porch, overlooking the tranquil garden of evergreens or on the newly added side deck with views of Lake Lanier.(Please know that we are on the lake, but we do not have a dock.) This will be a perfect alternative to a hotel stay for you while visiting Lake Lanier, North Georgia mountains, wineries, or Dahlonega. We live right around the corner on the lake with a two story dock complete with lounge chairs on top. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board that are available with access to the lake from our dock. You are more than welcome to hang out on our dock and fish/swim. I also have parking for a boat and you’re welcome to keep it at my dock while you are there. There was a fridge stocked up with breakfast items and drinks, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom was filled with all necessities and it also had a jetted tub. The Wi-Fi was excellent speed technology in every room was so cool. Everything was easy to use because there was instruction to everything. We had a blast using the grill outside. There was a binder with instructions on how to check out, amenities around us outdoor activities. Everything that we could need to expand our stay on the area. DoorDash did not find it Complicated to find the home when we had deliveries, Donna went above and beyond. My husband and I were in town for a family wedding in Dawsonville, and we had several other family members who did not have as excellent of an experience as we did. Our room was spotlessly clean, but also so warm and inviting, and just perfect. Donna was the best host. She had messaged us before our stay to see what we liked to drink, eat, snack on, and she had everything and more than we asked for available. We were just looking for quiet, cozy and nature, and we got that and more. I wish we could have stayed longer.
