« They claim rest and relaxation and “an experience that exceeds your expectations“. We check in at 1pm and go to our to put on swimsuits. Flush toilet and it starts running over with standing water on the floor. We call maintenance, sit there wait 20-30 minutes without show. We go to pool because missing out on our day. At 6pm we go to room and toilet is fixed but no one cleaned up the water! Call housekeeping. At 10pm as we’re getting in the bed the fire alarm goes off and we are told to...

« The rooms were beautiful and very clean with a nice baloney over looking the lake. The breakfast was terrific and fresh cooked with made to order omlets. The only negative at this resort was there was no beach to go to on the lake except at Margaritville which we didn't want to go to because it is all slides witha beach and 60.00 each to go to. »

« La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++ »
