« The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. »

« You know you're in trouble when the school bus is dropping off children at the door! No equipment in the kitchen. The floors were sticky, indicating that they had been mopped with dirty water. The cleaner only cleans the room once every 14 days. The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work. There was a smell of cigarette smoke seeping in through the vents into the bathroom.
