I called twice up front and complained but they said they have to give them 3 chances before something could be done. I will never bring my family back to this hotel!"

"Property was good. Having to pay to on the property was expected and not appreciated. Had to pay $15 per day at the venue location which we were there for 17 hours. Hotel parking was $11. I complained to the manager for which they waved the parking fee. Sadly, the cost of the room on a non-event weekend would have been almost 70% less. The hotel should be ashamed of price inflation because the ACC Women's basketball tournament was the same weekend. "
