Communication is practically non-existent, and on top of that, they forced us to pay $50 per night, which was not mentioned on their website. None of the phone numbers provided to reach the reception for emergencies or other matters are responsive. The last day was terrible; there was contamination in the tap water throughout the hotel. The water was running black with a foul smell! When we personally contacted the reception, the management was unaware of the problem and did not issue any emergency notice for the guests. Meanwhile, the guests continued to have their breakfast. Fortunately, it was my departure day, and I decided to leave for the airport earlier! It was a terrible experience!"
