The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the environment was clean. The building could use a few updates, and the elevator carpets could definitely use a good cleaning. Overall, though, it’s a great location. It would also be nice if breakfast hours could be extended from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, allowing guests to sleep in a bit more.

I stayed at one of the newly refurbished rooms. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. What needs refurbishment is the carpeting in the lobbies. They have seen better days. The front desk personel were courteous. The only reason I would not go back is due to the awful traffic on Irlo Bronson Rd.

The staff provided excellent service. The outdoor pool area was satisfactory. Our designated pool was undergoing cleaning for the day, so we utilized the main pool area, which was perfectly acceptable. The room was adequate, though it would benefit from some modernization, particularly the bathroom shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.
