"I would not stay here again. For a hotel that is supposed to be by Wyndham, the quality was far below what I expected. The room floor was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. My biggest concern was that the connecting door was not fully locked, which felt like a serious security issue. Even worse, the staff did not seem to know about the problem. We were 3 people staying in the room, but housekeeping only left 2 towels each day. The toilet was also very loud every time it was flushed. Another inconvenience was the ice machine, since it was not always accessible and we had to ask employees for ice. Breakfast was very limited and had almost no variety. It was basically the same every day: eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, bread, juice, coffee, waffles, shredded cheese, and cereal. Sometimes they had yogurt, butter, or cream cheese, but not always. I do want to mention that the staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry service was easy to use, costing $2.50 per wash load and $2.50 per dryer load. You can pay with coins or through an app, but the app requires a minimum balance of $10. There was also a lot of noise from the surrounding area since the hotel is close to a main road. The area did not seem the best either, with a detention center nearby and many bail bond offices around. The room QR code information said that pool towels would be provided in the room, but I never saw them, even though I did not use the pool. Overall, I expected much better quality"

"The property was very outdated. Our initial room was musty and moldy. The sheets were almost soggy to the point that we couldn’t stay in there. We requested and upgrade to another room and it was better. Over all the grounds are not pretty and very old. There was 3 day old chicken bones and sauces next to the pool. No one bothered to clean it up. The kiddie pool was GREEN and eventually shut down for god knows what. The slides were only open for a few hours and the lazy river was filled with dirt. "

"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made."
