« This was a very nice stay. I was a little taken off guard that check-in was more like an Air BnB instead of a check-in desk. But communication was great and it was a non issue for us. Great location, nice and quiet. Would stay there again. »

"La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++"

"Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. "
