Two days before our two night stay my 96 year old mother went to the hospital with a brain bleed. I am her only living child and needed to be with her through this traumatic experience. We apealled directly to Cascade Inn and through Expedia to let us cancel without penalty, or at least receive credit for a future stay at Cascade Inn. We were rejected and had to pay for the two nights. This does not seem very customer friendly.
