"32°C summer, lobby was air-conditioned but the room was not. (The info booklet in the room said the aircon was hooked up to the building's central air, so we weren't allowed to control it). Couldn't imagine trying to sleep there. I had intended to stay at this hotel before moving somewhere else long-term, but ended up going to the other place immediately to sleep and using this hotel room as just a luggage staging area."

"I paid for a room with a bathtub, but they placed me in a room without one. When I went to the front desk to tell them, they didn’t apologize and just yelled “Key!” And put a new keycard on the counter. The room had no remote for the air-con or heat control so even though it was 65 degrees Fahrenheit outside, the heat was on full blast with no working air conditioner to use to cool the room down."
