My nephew recommended this hotel because the location is also close to public transportation (Dapsimni subway station directly goes down with stairs, less effort. And Dapsimni Bus Stop with a lot of bus routes.) Although the staff can't speak English, my nephew help to communicate with them for check in, check out or asking for glass and water. No problem. Overall, we enjoyed stay here. When I went to the front desk to tell them, they didn’t apologize and just yelled “Key!” And put a new keycard on the counter. The room had no remote for the air-con or heat control so even though it was 65 degrees Fahrenheit outside, the heat was on full blast with no working air conditioner to use to cool the room down. ##### Katlyn Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### LiTonya Jun 16, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Not a good experience 😕 First off, when I arrived, no one spoke English even though their website stated otherwise. Also, I had to move my luggage three times because each of the rooms smelled. Upon entry of the third room, I just decided to stick it out and get some rest. I completed my stay, checked out and moved to a cleaner hotel. This was not a good experience at all. I understand building are old. But, remodel them and update them so that it doesn’t smell like mold and mildew.
