"Honestly the staff we really nice and the valet was convenient but i couldnt sleep at all here. The AC unit was SO loud, every time it would kick on l, i would wake up. The was someone in the parking lot outside our room in the Hotel Gibbs free parking who was blaring music until 1 am, I could hear my neighbor's phone ringing all night long and then then a garbage truck came at 530AM to put up the trash and was VERY loud for like 10 to 15 minutes (it literally sounded like someone was running down hallways. The bathroom was really clean but everytime you flushed it made a high pitched loud noise for like 2 minutes straight ans water got all over the floor anytime you showered. Again, the staff was great and breakfast was decent but I wouldn't stay again, especially not in an executive room again because my family an I couldn't sleep at all."

"After an early pre check in, the hotel never called us to say the room was ready. Their website was inaccurate on several food related items. Trash left in the hall by other rooms was not picked up even after 24 hours. The door to the actual room was not very secure. The shower would. It stay a consistent temperature even with the nobs adjusted. The only good thing about the hotel was the location"
