"The Crocket Hotel is extremely clean, has spacious rooms, has very polite valet and regular staff, and is walking distance to The Alamo. The Tavern inside the hotel is outstanding with excellent food, service, and live music! Will definitely stay again!"

"The property was nice and mostly clean. My shower did have some hair so that was a bit gross. My fridge was not working properly. The AC didn’t seem to freshen up the room according to its setting. I did not feel comfortable using the public parking next-door. I had the hardest time with valet parking. They process payment and requesting of vehicle through an app, though it seems to breakdown every day. Even though I had previously requested my vehicle, I still had to tell the staff to go get my vehicle. If not, they would not go get it. One of the days I came back like at 11:20 PM and there was no valet available. Keep in mind I was coming back, meaning that had I needed to go out at that time, I would not be able to get my vehicle. The most I waited for my vehicle was about 45 minutes. And on top of that it was about $153 for three nights. Pretty pricey for the poor service. The night setting is loud. You can hear everything through the walls. Music and street traffic mostly. Over all the stay was good."
