« Everything was excellent, the only things that were kinda inconvenient were that there was no extra tissue when we ran out and that there’s a lot of noise in the middle of the night and early morning due to being in the middle of the city. Other than that it was excellent. I would definitely go back. »

« Ancien bâtiment bien situé pr visiter downtown en revanche climatisation très bruyante et surtout petit dej servi dans full plastique : verre, couvert, assiette… tout part à la poubelle sans tri. En 2025 dans un hôtel de standing je trouve important que la planète soit pris en compte d’autant plus que c’est quand même peu agréable de manger dans du plastique. »

« Accidentally double booked this property and was not even informed at Check in that I had two rooms under my name paid. Was given the room for the bonvoy reservation I made only. One would assume since I gave them my name they’d have mentioned I had two rooms booked. Only realized this mistake when I received this email from Expedia for a review of the property. Also the valet literally broke the rim on my car, added air to the tire and didn’t inform me of any damage or even adding air, until...

"Hôtel historique plein de charme situé tout près du Riverwalk. Jolie chambre de style rustique avec un lit très confortable. Salle de bain mérité toutefois un rafraîchissement. Magnifique cour intérieure avec une petite fontaine et de grands palmiers. Endroit parfaite pour une détente. J’aime revenir à cet hôtel lors de mes séjours à San Antonio."

Le parking de l’hôtel est avec valet , mais à environ 200 mètres dans la même rue sur la gauche vous avez un parking public. Attention tout est dématérialisé pour le paiement du parking . "

"Ancien bâtiment bien situé pr visiter downtown en revanche climatisation très bruyante et surtout petit dej servi dans full plastique : verre, couvert, assiette… tout part à la poubelle sans tri. En 2025 dans un hôtel de standing je trouve important que la planète soit pris en compte d’autant plus que c’est quand même peu agréable de manger dans du plastique. "
