(1,001 reviews) Although I had booked a balcony room with 3 beds at arrival I was told I did not have a balcony, I was also made to pay for 2 addition guests (we were 3 in total) after reviewing my booking it was only noted for 1 guest so I had to pay for 2 additional guests at $500.00 pesos per day per person, if those additional guests would have been included in the reservation the price wouldn’t have not changed because I booked a 3 bed room but again I had to pay $1000.00 pesos per day extra. The room smelled like sewage every time you used the sink in the restroom. The cleaning staff was really nice and our rooms were made perfectly. The location is perfect because it’s right in the middle of it all. To start the bathroom was really small to the point where you can’t even open the door completely because it hits the small faucet cabinet, the sheets and comforter felt like ware not being changed from previous guests and very poor quality, the tv and way to operate was really bad and confusing to use, the staff was not friendly (on less they see good tips) I’m giving my honest opinion based on the type of hotel that they claim to be!
