« Overall, the stay was just okay. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. « 4.5 starsExcellent response time on communications.I slept in the master bedroom bed, so I can attest to the fact that it was very comfortable for me. I have serious neck and shoulder issues. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. I was so relieved when I tried out the bed (first thing) after I arrived.This condo is everything for location in Johnson City, and is located on the 1st floor of the building. Great parking as well.I give it a 4.5 star rating...

« Host was very responsive and detailed. The property was clean and easy to get to. I even accidentally left my pillow there and they told me and we picked it up on my next trip. The only complaint at all is that the back bedroom was rather cold and the space heater would trip if I didn't keep it on low. Great place otherwise! »
