This is the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer! Guest Access: Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. The Neighborhood: Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! Getting Around: We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us. Other Things to Note: Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! PET INFORMATION: While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers. The parking information given was inaccurate causing my car to be towed. Any savings getting this VRBO was eliminated with the towing fees. The building flooded due to storms and NO ONE could be reached via phone. Assuming this agency is not in town, since they don't seem to know much about it or be able to answer any local "emergency numbers" provided. Had terrible allergies after the standing water appeared in the hall. Assuming that was the cause. I would not stay here again. ##### Erin W. The lack of parking and the distance we had to walk from the parking area to the apartment was disappointing. The restaurant below the apartment was certainly convenient. They served tasty Italian food and the service was exceptional. However, the Friday night band music was so loud it kept my husband and I from sleeping until 2:30 AM. I have taken the same photographs of the space countless times. The loveliness of the design and the fall of the light just makes for memorable time on our travels. ##### Amy S. The only problem was you had to walk and park across the way and at night with a young child it was a little weary getting to the apartment. The space itself was beautiful and well kept. Very secure and contactless check in was a breeze and property owners communication with me was very prompt! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The only thing that wasn’t in this rental was my clothes, all the other am amenities were provided even a few spices and other things! I would rate this property a 5 star stay! Perfect for a girls weekend! The location is in walking distance to wonderful restaurants in downtown Johnson City!
