"Staff was less than helpful in a very stressful situation. We did not end up completing the check in process for a pre-paid room and was denied a refund. The room was booked for 2 nights for business travel. We will not be using Hotels.com or Best Western services again due to the handling of this situation."

"Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants. "

"The room was gorgeous and spotless. Comfortable bed plenty of convenient storage. The front desk staff was outstanding: polite accommodating and clearly dedicated to the job. The bar was not open when I was there and there was no pool but it was ok, I did have a tub in my room. "
