"Our hotel room was very tight. We had to call the maintenance guy twice to fix our toilet for a three night stay. The hotel did not have many washcloths. We had to request for washcloths two times, two separate days until we were told that the hotel has an issue with keeping washcloths stocked and we would just have to call the operator for more. The line for check-in was long at all times so be prepared to wait when you arrive. It is a very busy hotel. "

"Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving "
