« La chambre ne dispose pas d’un système de chauffage. L’hôtel vous met à disposition un mini radiateur à roulette, et débrouillez-vous. Visité en décembre/janvier, il fait donc environ 15 degrés dans les WC et la salle de bain. La poignée de porte des WC était cassée, simple vitrage, TV en basse qualité… très décevant pour 250€ la nuit. Seul point positif : la localisation et la proximité avec Liverpool Street. »

« There’s a fine line between a “stripped back” aesthetic being a design choice and just being unfinished and scruffy. Unfortunately, this was a little too on the scruffy side. Also, extremely hot during the night with no ability to open a window. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything going on next door as well as the pub until 12:30am (which is quite cosy if you don’t mind that kind of thing). However, staff were lovely and the breakfast in the sister hotel was amazing. Good...

« It was in such a great location! We loved the pub was downstairs and served such great food and drinks! It was nice to walk upstairs and not have to worry about driving. Free parking was nice. Breakfast was just cereal, cold croissant, and a banana but at least it was free. The room was cute but the ceiling was pretty low. My boyfriend had to duck a lot and couldn’t stand in the shower but he is 6’6”. The bath tube was really nice and relaxing! Staff was great as well and helpful! The room was...

"Hotel moderne, bon prix, chambre petite mais confortable. Rien ne le dit mais pourtant Le ménage n'est fait qu'à la demande et que si on le demande avant midi. C'est assez surprenant pour un hotel de ce standing, où par ailleurs on doit insérer sa clé pour avoir l'électricité et signifier sa présence en chambre.Lorsqu'on s'en étonne et qu'on demande un nettoyage, on se le voit refuser avec l'argument fallacieux de l'écologie (je ne demande pas qu'on me change les draps chaque jour mais que les poubelles soient vidées et le lit soit fait). J'ai eu froid dans la chambre (AC qui tourne en mars, sans chauffage possible). Bien que situé à l'entrée de la City, soyez vigilants: on m'a arraché mon téléphone devant l'hôtel. Bien sur l'hôtel n'est pas en cause mais je préviens quand meme. J'envisage d'y retourner mais avec prudence et notifierai les services de chambre le matin"
