« Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

Ik had het idee dat er niet was schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen. In de badkamer was er alleen een bad waar je in moet zitten om te kunnen douchen. "Attention :si des éléments disparaissent dans votre chambre, inutile de vous plaindre à la direction car on vous répond que cela disparait par magie... Constat fait lors du passage du personnel de chambre... La manager est désagréable et vous répond que ce n'est pas possible. De plus, nous avions réservés 1 nuitée de plus. La nuit a été annulé par magie certainement car le lendemain matin on nous annonce : "chambre indisponible". Biensur aucun mail d'annulation et aucune excuse... On nous propose de réserver 2 chambres... Bref nous sommes venus plusieurs fois, c'est bien la dernière"
