"Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. "

"Hotel and staff were lovely but the rooms could do with a redecoration. Also, there are some steps, to navigate, depending on where the room is. Staff will help but, if arriving for the first time, by the time you've walked your suitcase along all the corridors and then come across the stairs, you won't want to walk all the way back to reception. "We had a wonderfull time. There is enough space for sleeping and seating with 7 or more people. The dinnertable is a little bit too small for 7 or more people. The jaccuzi is clean and nice to sit in."
