"this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available."

"Villa Renaissance lived up to its excellent reviews. The "Suite Margarita" was in outstanding condition, and the owner provided excellent communication before our arrival. The daily maid service was great. Property is lovely, with a great pool, bar, and right on the beach. "Had a wonderful ladies trip at Villa Renaissance! Location was convenient to shops, food store, and other hotels that had restaurants and casino. Having three bedrooms was perfect for 4 people. Kitchen had all appliances necessary to make all meals."

"We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. Beach is outstanding and it was never an issue getting a lounge chair on the beach. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Grocery store also close by! Would love to come back!"

"Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return."

"My wife and I stayed at this condo from April 27-May 4, 2024. The condo itself is beautiful and we were able to walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. The beaches were wonderful and were not crowded at all. The beach attendants were very friendly and there were always chairs and umbrellas available for us during the day. The view of the beach, the large front deck overlooking the water, the grounds around the property and the amentities all surpassed our expectations. "This was our 3rd consecutive year staying in this unit. It is a really comfortable and well-maintained condo--we love everything about it! Yes, part of the view will be blocked by the Andez being built next door but you will still have the amazing view directly in front of the property. The noise from the construction cannot be heard inside the unit and we were not disturbed by it at all. On the beach, the sound of the waves blocks the construction noise as well. "We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Extremely convenient stay with all the luxuries we could want. We could hear and see the beach right in front of our balcony. We could walk to the pool and the beach with minimal steps. Some Pool and beach floaties are provided as well as beach towels. They give you a local phone to use if needed. The place was a condo but they also had housekeeping daily.
