Property very close to many restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were very clean and overall hotel was very clean. Staff were amazing, pleasant and welcoming.

Unfortunately, our experience with the family vacation booking desk was a different story. I would strongly recommend avoiding Emanuel at the booking desk. Stayed for 6 days and I lost say this Hotel is definitely great, shuttle buses to and from universal studios that run on time so be sure to be out there 10-15 mins before arrival. Hotel staff was amazing, breakfast was always hot and ready. Could add more items but overall great way to save money from going out to eat my daughter was alway full from breakfast. Family of 4 with 2 teens, had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite. We arrived early morning expecting to leave our luggage in storage but we were lucky enough to be checked in early. I had an amazing trip with my husband and 4yr old. The property was well maintained and there was a good cafeteria style restaurant on the property as long with a few other things. The pool Was lively, the lifeguards were incredible at keeping the area safe. The service was amazing. There was zero noise from other rooms. Clean and great location. I wish they had more laundry machines as it was frustrating when I had to do laundry and nothing was available. I didn’t use the pool but wish I had made time. Free breakfast was good and the housekeeping team and desk teams were wonderful.
