"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were set up well with plenty of space. The wifi only worked well in the living room area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the courtyard view which was very calming. Breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options including a dedicated gluten-free station for those who need that. It was nice that the Williamsburg visitor's center was right next door so we walked over and got on the shuttle. The furniture was traditional which you would expect in this area. Couch a little sunken down, but overall the furniture and room were in good condition. We had a microwave and fridge as well as cabinets in the kitchen area."

"Great place to stay, exceptionally clean. A designated smoking area could possibly alleviate the urge to smoke at entrances and exit areas."

"Enjoyed the kitchen and that I could borrow a tea kettle. Free use of washers and dryers. We used the gym but three machines were out of order. Hotel staff was good about replenishing any items we asked for."

"This is the first time in years that my patio was dirty and covered in spider webs. I suggest having someone to dust the tables, light fixtures, etc off as part of their cleaning duties. The shower had hair in it. Definitely not the Hilton standard that I’m use of. The staff was friendly and responded promptly. "

"Our room was very smart, clean and comfortable and the amenities and location of the hotel were perfect. I would certainly recommend to friends and look to return. We really do like the Autograph brand."
