"The property is easy to get to from the freeway but set apart from the busyness of Santa Fe—a nice and quiet location. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal, and the yard is peaceful and even has a hammock! Host replied promptly to any requests or questions. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"Stayed 6 days in this peaceful home with lovely mountain views and well equipped kitchen in mid-August. The hummingbird feeder was outstanding with so many visits and the apricots on the trees at the entrance were so numerous that they were given away for free. So relaxing that my friend said she didn’t want to go anywhere else. But it was still so easy to run into Santa Fe for a concert or meal. Most Memorable and must visit again!"

But the owner did not mention in the description that the house is located window to window with the main building, and that the bath tubs are also on the territory of the main building. so the house is not too private. some people and their dogs dog slso were there dieting our stay. territorydurinvisit."

"My husband and I enjoy traveling a lot and we try to always stay at bed and breakfasts. The Bobcat Inn is one of the best places where we have ever stayed. Ryan and his staff were awesome in their attentiveness to our wants,needs, and care to make our stay enjoyable. The site is well cared for and the love of the owners and staff for their property is obvious. Plus, Ryan is an excellent cook. The breakfasts were awesome. We will always stay here when we visit Santa Fe in the future."

"We've been gone almost a week from four, life-changing nights in the comforts of the Nomad Guesthouse (one of two guesthouses owned and operated on this particular site by host Christine), and we are basically sick with missing all elements of the stay. We couldn't bear to leave. We are indeed homesick for those exact, rural Santa Fe coordinates and the homestead she created there; We don't want to be back HERE, seventeen hours and a time zone away. We arrived as strangers from the Midwest Prairie--fully expecting to be 'ships passing in the night', likely to never meet the host, as is totally commonplace for vacation rentals and their 'mores' and etiquette-- But she perfectly and gracefully and graciously executed all elements of hosting such that we actively sought reasons to walk with her, talk with her, chat on the phone with her even though she's on site; In Sum: We miss her terribly. We miss the accommodations terribly. You, Fellow Roamer of the Earth, please don't shortchange your Santa Fe experience by choosing somewhere else to hang your hat. As I wrote in a short letter of thanks to her in her guest notebook on the sad morning we had to leave: Christine could not have done ANYTHING else in support of our comfort and peace and enjoyment and safety as a host. Hence our one-hundred-star review! Five stars is woefully too few and doesn't do her vacation rental(s) justice."

"Fantastic!! 5 Star! Fully loaded 1500sq Ft house in the woods! 30 minutes from Santa Fe. My family loved the place. Martha the ownwer was super nice and very reachable. When we had a risk of a winter storm approaching the moring we left she contacted us and offered help from her family who lived nearby. Most definitely I'd stay here again!!"
