We made a booking on short notice for Christmas night after finding out family would be in the area, so we weren't too concerned about amenities, just proximity to the house our relatives would be staying in. We didn't speak to any staff until check-out due to the holiday. Having said that, it was VERY comfortable in terms of the bed, the amount of space, the temperature control, the water pressure and the door locks. The access and parking were easy, and we really enjoyed breakfast down the road at Cafe Fina.
