« The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you! »

« It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar! »

« This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business »

« The space was perfect for our short, three night stay. Comfortable, quiet, and enough space for three. Having a garaged parking space was essential. It was fairly quick and easy to drive to downtown from the location. The hosts were responsive and helpful in providing instructions for check-in. »

« The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day. We all had to use one toilet and had to remove water from the floor that had overflowed and started running into the bedrooms.2) There is no living area to hang out. There is a kitchen with some...
