« The room was super clean, everything we needed was laid out for us and texted to us as well, there were plenty of towels, the keypad entry was so convenient, the kitchen was stocked. The view was amazing! »

« Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round »

« Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable. »

« Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

« This place is under train rails, very loud and shaky. They said we can find earplugs in the room but there wasn't any. The drawers had trash like empty candy gelatine and they were dusty on top. It seemed like the room was cleaned much before we arrived. There's microwave and refrigerator but no plate or mug. When we had a leftover food that wasn't in a microwave-safe box, we couldn't heat it up. It's in a great location and could be good for one night only, but not for longer stays. As a plus...

« Access to the home was easy. Codes and keys were explained well. The home was very clean. The host left plenty of sleeping accomodations, dishware, towels, and other items which were nice.Its in a seemingly nice part of the city with quick access to many different places. »
