« Booked this through VRBO expecting an apartment, but it turned out to be a traditional motel. The rooms were clean, but overall the property is fairly dated, with visible scuffs and smudges on the doors and walls. The room was smaller than expected, though reasonable given the price point. We were hoping for a simple, rustic or Amish-like character, but the overall feel was more along the lines of a basic roadside short-stay motel. Emily proactively provided check-in information and followed up to make sure all was well. She responded immediately when I sent in a comment, although it was not urgent. « If your book is place, I would double-check. I had ax for something that was manageable. For someone who is not able to walk up a lot of flight upstairs and they put me on the 3rd floor I had to stay at night, mother's house instead of at the place cause I couldn't keep going up-and-down the steps. And I have multiple sclerosis. Also, the place is not very clean. The walls need to be repainted. The shower started to shoot out rust.
