They even charged me the cleaning fee. Also, if you stay here the parking lot is a half mile from the house and you have to take a mud trail to get there. I"

"No communication from host prior to arrival. We had questions and without any guidance we had a somewhat uncomfortable stay. We were billed an additional one hundred dollars, which was never explained and charged a cleaning fee for a unit that was NOT clean"

"Clean and quiet spot close to State College. We were in town for the weekend at a sporting event at BJC. Great spot only a few minutes from downtown and still out in the country. Hit up the Naked Egg for breakfast, delicious."

"Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Overall the Urban Saddle Ranch was an interesting and cozy place to stay in the woods! Accommodating and friendly with all necessities met. That being said, the main issues came with being in the woods! First issue was the HUMONGOUS spider in the bathroom!! Leg span was 3 inches easily and while it was probably a wolf spider, it looked almost like a small tarantula!! Then, started noticing all the other bugs and ants which led to a lot of preemptive screams due to the spider encounter. After...
