It was a rainy evening, so we stayed in and watched free movies and used the microwave. The kitchen is very nice, and it would be easy to prepare a meal there. There is a lot of space for several people. I thought the listing said two bathrooms, but there was only one. It was very large, and the shower worked well. It is very nicely decorated. Some of the walls are brick which gives it an old world feel. The beds are very comfortable and the overall feel is warm and cozy. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with lots of delightful surprises (like snacks, coffee add-ins, and even a Ms. Pac Man arcade game in a game room that my teens loved!). It is perfectly located in the gorgeous historical town of Bellafonte, and we so enjoyed walking to the local waffle shop for breakfast each day and a heavenly lunch spot for pasta and sandwiches. We had great communication with the property owner as well. It's a 15 minute drive to Penn State, which so easy.
