One block from Main Street. Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Historic Walking Tour…(so it’s not perfect looking and new) There is ONSITE PARKING for 1 car behind the building plus free parking on the street on evenings and Sundays Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows.Towels and toiletries provided. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and 2 TwinXLs Bedroom 2 has 2 TwinXLs Ms. PacMan Arcade game KEURIG with Latte option Roku TV, Cable with Disney, Apple TV, Hulu, etc This is a large two bedroom, third floor apartment. It has been renovated and is clean and comfortable with tons of classic board games, a Ms Pac-Man arcade game and other cool stuff. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not new, it's 150 years old so everything is not shiny and new..like the trim and some of the walls, for example. I'm also in the process of renovating the lobby and stairways so they are still original:) There is also no elevator in the building. Located in downtown Bellefonte. One block from Main Street, two blocks from Talleyrand Park. There are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby. Remember it’s a third floor apartment you access via the stairs. It's an easy drive to downtown State College (about 18 minutes) and Beaver Stadium (just 15 minutes away in non-game day traffic!)
