"Greetings We considered staying with family- I decided to stay at Homewood. It was like having our own apartment. Best decision. Shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. Bed super comfy. Quiet. Staff is warm, intelligent, cheerful, attentive. Breakfast great. Even the convenience market had essentials- tweezer and nail filer. We felt more than at home. We felt privileged. All our boxes checked and more checks than boxes. Feel me. Totally recommend. We’re coming back 4/28, to this location. Take care. Thanks for reading. "

"Room not cleaned each day despite asking for refresh"

"Our room was nice and clean, with modern fixtures and furniture. The hotel is maybe an older building, so some of the parts show its age more than other properties might. Overall, it was a great value with great location and access to everything going on in the King of Prussia area. They had plenty of parking, All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful!"

"There was some fumbling with booking as we reserved a room for 4 with double beds and got a single king. When I pointed this out the concierge said to use the sofa bed even though our room did not have one. Eventually we got another room with a sofa bed as all double bed rooms were taken. "

"The staff was nice and through pictures and at first glance the property looks cute and quirky. I was given room 310 and immediately noticed the security lock was broken. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. The room looked incredibly clean until I climbed into bed and found hair. I'm not sure the sheets or blankets had been changed. When I turned the lights off to head to bed I heard scurrying and caught a glimpse of movement. At first I thought it was a roach But after reading some of the other reviews and thinking about the noise , I realized it was rodents. I considered leaving for another hotel or even sleeping in my jeep. I was exhausted though and needed rest so I stacked everything on top of my luggage on top of the desk and slept with the light on hoping to reduce rodent activity and boldness. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke. There was some kind of domestic argument across the hall until 3 or 4am and I was certain I was going to have to call police. I grew up pretty poor so this wasn't exactly foreign to me, but I'm now a professional in my forties And can afford a little better accommodations. I trusted the Expedia rating when booking and now I realize I must be much more careful and read third party reviews. On top of it all Expedia double charged me, made it sound like my fault but they were able to work with the hotel to fix it."
