But, the dog park on the roof was closed, which was a KEY consideration when booking downtown because I am disabled and have a service dog. When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark. You walk in front of the door and I will keep an eye on you." I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, the plants in the...

"Nous avions fait le Check out pendant que nous attendions le valet pour la voiture , qui d’ailleurs est arrivé un peu sans dessus dessous le chauffeur a tellement reculer le banc qui a tout remuer les bagages .j’ai voulu aller au toilette , la réception m’a répondu aucune toilette !! Je lui ai demandé de me redonner ma clé de chambre que je venais tout juste de lui remettre , elle me dit impossible de la réactiver….assez spécial comme service . "
