"It was gross. Floors dirty. Shower moldy and had paint splatter. Stained sheets. A beetle on my pillow and cricket in the sheets. Towels were old. Breakfast was dry cereal and Bagels. No milk and no creamer for coffee. Warm yogurt. No fruit. AC would not stay on. Staff did not care when I informed them."

"The staff was helpful with complaints. There were at least 20 dead bugs in the light in the bathroom. The only over head light was out. We called it in the first night at 5:15pm and was never replaced. The front door knob wasn't working properly. The light would turn green when you used the door key but it wouldn't disengage the lock until you messed with it a lot. We had to get the staff to help us with it at midnight."
