"Only thing was that it didn’t have a microwave on site so food I wanted to reheat ended up being tossed and their restaurant was closed for the night "

"Clean and comfortable"

"The room was nice and clean. It is looking a little tired though and needs updating. The upper pool and hot tub were the only available because we went early May. But they were clean and well maintained. The property was being worked on to get ready for summer vacationers so there was lots of business as staff did their jobs. Food was fine in the lower restaurant but the service was terrible. Staff walked past us as we waited to be seated. Twice apologized as they did tasks other than seating us, and again apologized when nobody brought our drinks. The location is stunning. And the grounds really pretty. Pool was the hilight."

"We found a bed bug in one of our rooms, which was very concerning. Attempts to contact the property office went unanswered, and it appeared closed throughout our stay. There was no on-site support. The surrounding area also felt uncomfortable to walk around at night due to activity in the parking lot. Overall, the stay raised concerns about cleanliness, communication, and safety."

"Breakfast was okay, good coffee, reasonable selections, toaster waffles, instant oatmeal, some kind of scrambled egg souffle, cereal, etc. Staff was friendly and quick to help. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable. I have been here a few times and will stay again."

"The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again."
