"We had a good stay. Only complaint was there is no power point in the bathroom and the one placed near a mirror didn’t work so made styling your hair difficult. They could also do with an exhaust fan in the bathroom for the steam. "

"Have stayed here a lot over the years and have to say that the rooms are starting to look tired. Staff at reception also not as professional as in the past. However we had everything we needed and the room was comfortable."
"The flat was large, clean and had proper amenities. Close to transportation, shopping, eateries and immersed in the local culture. I highly recommend these apartments for others and we shall use upon our return. Everyone was friendly and helpful. "

"For starters the service was amazing, everyone we came across were so genuinely lovely and friendly. We felt very welcome and looked after. The food there was delicious we ate there two nights in a row, such fresh and yummy tapas with an amazing vibe in the bar area.
The room was spacious and comfortable, we opted for a deluxe room with an en-suite, just be aware that although generally it’s quiet, you can hear everyone in the rooms around you banging about and opening and slamming their doors, which is understandable as a lot of rooms are shared bathrooms so there will be that level of people coming in and out of their rooms, but you can definitely hear it and it woke me up/kept me up when people were up and about at 3am in the morning. Nothing to really mark down on the hotel itself though, I’m just a light sleeper. I would definitely come back next time I’m in London though! "
