Great value and location

It was a very nice hotel and location for the price(right by an Aeon mall and the main Fujinomiya station). The staff was very friendly and even let me keep my luggage with them after i checked out. Very spacious and comfortable room. 10/10, best hotel i stayed at in Japan so far!

Only stayed one night. Comfortable and clean but dated. Friendly staff. Spacious room for three people. Nice balcony space. Quick access to trains and walkable to town for dining and breakfast. Would stay again for ease and price.

Surprised in a good way.

Delightfully surprised. Much better than expected. Although its an older hotel, we received a non-smoking and clean, comfortable and spacious room. The mountain view room, did indeed have a view of Mt. Fuji. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, 1 block from the train and bus station.

Room was spacious for 3 adults. I requested a nonsmoking room but there was an ashtray in our room. Bathroom was very small. Wonderful staff. You can borrow a night gown, robe, and toiletries from an area in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay.

Only one person staffed the motel front desk. He was very helpful, but if you need anything more, i would find it difficult to find support. Atmosphere is clean, but very outdated. Room did smell of residual cigarette smoke. Location is just across train.

The room was spacious, had a good view of Mt Fuji (depending on the weather), and even had a balcony to top it off. However, the triple room we stayed in was occasionally used as a smoking room. The staff told us to spray the room to reduce the odor even though we requested a no smoking room. Above all of these, one concern stood out to us the most. Whilst watching TV, a tick roughly the size of a thumb was roaming around one of beds; my children couldn’t sleep well and were uncomfortable the entire night.

Für uns war die Bahnhofsnähe wichtig und die war vorhanden. Das Hotel vermittelt einem den 80er-Chick, was aber in Ordnung war, da alles sehr sauber war. Unser 3-Bett-Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß geschnitten und wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war Mini aber wir konnten uns gut arrangieren mit der Situation. Das Personal konnte kaum English, war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Fazit: Da der Bahnhof und die Buse in der Nähe waren, würden wir es wieder nehmen.

禁煙ルームですが…

施設は古いですが清潔に保たれています。 ただ現在は禁煙ルームとして提供されていますがなんとなくタバコの臭いがします。認識はあるらしく、フロアに消臭スプレーが備え付けられており、使うとだいぶ改善しました。ただ冷房時は気にならなかったのですが朝方暖房を使ったらかなりキツい匂いがしました。
