Staff are very helpful. The place is quite and relaxing. If the changing area at rooftop could provide more privacy, it'd be better. I skipped the rooftop hotspring because of this reason.

Nice location on the hill with views of the ocean and mountains. Nice onsen on the roof with a nice deck as well for relaxing. No elevator which was fine for us but might be an issue if you have mobility issues. Staff very friendly and accomdating.

#### Beautiful property and helpful staff

Wonderful location with outstanding views, within walking distance of the train station. I wish I knew more Japanese prior to booking, as the staff seemed uncomfortable with us not knowing more of the language. (I tried!) The room was incredibly spacious and beds were obscenely comfortable. Overall, would book this property again--once I know more Japanese. My thanks to the staff who truly tried to bridge our language gap. If you're fluent in Japanese, you'll have a terrific stay!

客室はとても清潔で心地良かったです。 フロントの人も丁寧でした。 部屋の冷蔵庫が全く冷えませんでした。壊れてる？ 露天風呂は3人で一杯。 平日だったのでゆっくり出来ましたが、混んでいたら入れなかったかも。 露天風呂に、鏡やおトイレがなかったので 少し不便でした。 屋上テラスは本当に景色が良く、お風呂上がりに寛ぐのは最高でした。 大浴場のお湯は、熱めで ザ、温泉。と言う感じ。 露天風呂と泉質が違うのかな？ 3人だったので各階にトイレがあったら良いと思った。 最後に、ホテルの外の分かるところに 看板つけて下さい。坂を上がってヘロヘロで入口通り越してしまいました。

熱海という土地柄仕方がないかもしれないが、公共駐車場が不足しており、平日にも関わらず、駐車場に入れられるまでホテル付近を２時間近く周回しました。また、グーグルマップに正しく反映されておらず、行き止まりの道に案内されてしまい、引き返すのに苦労しました。

地點在斜斜的山上，拖行李箱不好走路。有接送可約，店內也是樓梯多，很有特色，風景不錯。澡堂很好，細小的，可以接受。

由酒店到熱海鐵路站步行十分鐘左右，是可以接受的範圍，但是要上斜路，天氣涼時問題不大。

温泉目的だったので、内湯、露天、貸切とがいくつかあり、平日宿泊でしたが満室でも、混雑なく入ることができました。他の口コミでも触れていた方が多かったですが少しお湯は汚れがあったので、縁からお湯を溢れさせるなど、そこだけ改善されればとても良い施設だと思います。 屋上の桃山テラスで、海を見ながら昼飲みを楽しめ満足な滞在ができました。 アクセスの坂や階段の上り下りについて酷評の口コミありますが、駅からも近く全く問題を感じませんでした。熱海の土地の環境ですし、情報は事前に告知されているので、選ぶ宿を変えればよい話と思いました。

階段しかないので、キャディバッグをフロント預かっていただいたのは助かりました。が、仮に預けられないと非常に辛い思いをします…。 深夜も電車が走っていて、線路沿い、桃山エリアの宿全般かもしれませんが夜寝付きづらかったです。部屋は綺麗で眺めもいいです。

駐車場が無く不便だった。エレベーターが無い。 内風呂が一階、4.5名程度、露天風呂が屋上３名程度しか入れず、小さなお風呂だった。 部屋は、清潔感があり良かった。

設備も新しく、部屋もトリプルベット＋エクストラで４人宿泊しましたが、部屋は十分に広かったです。歯ブラシ、剃刀、浴衣等間違え揃ってました。難点を言えば、駐車場がないことと浴室が狭いこと。とはいえ、総合的には満足行く宿泊を楽しめたと考えます。

普通なホテル，エレベーターはなくて泊まった部屋は2階と書いたけど、実は６階ほど高い階段を登らんと辿りつかへんの高いところになります 部屋もめちゃ狭くて写真と全然違います 後ほどホームページに載せた写真と実際な写真の比較を披露します 温泉は2カ所ありままよかったと思います 駐車場はなく駅前に止まらないといけない， 1日ニ，三千円の駐車代を入れて考えた方がいいです ホテルは駅から遠くないけど，高い場所にあるため山登りの繰り返しで健康にいいとポジティブに考えた方がいいです
