"Room was spacious and clean. It is located on a hill, so if you plan on walking, be prepared. Check in was fast and the employee was very nice to walk us to the elevator and showed us how the keycards worked with the elevators. It was a short walk to Pioneer Square and Pike Place, and conveniently located by the light rail station."

"The entire experience from check-in, getting used to the room, and even ordering food was great. The stay was as one should expect. Housekeeping was a little sassy, but not something to harp over. The only caution I'd recommend is to order within an hour of the kitchen closing. Once 9PM hits, don't order. There are plenty of budget-friendly options around the neighborhood. "

"Room is small and so is the restroom. No good city view only if you request a corner room wasn't aware. Small issues over all okay. "

"I wasn’t impressed at check out when I was charged another 20.00 US per night as an extra fee (like a resort fee without a resort). That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling."

"While I room was spacious and clean, I don’t know that I would stay here again. The biggest reason was the all night music. I don’t know where it was coming from but our room was on the 4th floor facing 1st Ave. Our shower was missing the little shelf so we didn’t have anywhere to place our personal toiletries, and I love my skin care. Otherwise the staff was all very excellent and worked with my elderly father who accidentally booked two nights for the same day. This is an excellent hotel for seeing the sights and sounds of Pike Place and downtown Seattle."
