"We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and in a quiet location. We were very happy to see the kitchen was equiped with nice stainless steel pots and pans. The kayak access to the sound was convenient, we enjoyed the ease of putting our kayaks in to explore the sound. And the house is close to everything on Hatteras; dining, groceries, the beach and shopping. Over all a very nice stay."

"Check in was smooth but they didn’t reach out though the home was ready earlier as they advised they would. Extremely misleading for the “heated pool” as it is an additional 350 and this was not disclosed to us and cannot be purchased later. There were tons of items broken throughout the home (blinds, pool gate, stove only had 2 burners working, etc.) The cleanliness was decent but you could tell it was a rush job and they didn’t take their time. The trash cans were overflowing the day we arrived and couldn’t be emptied until Monday. The WiFi password was changed while we were on site and by the time they sent someone we had to figure it out ourselves. Beautiful house and location though. "
