"By far the best summer trip! We had an awesome time. The house was exactly as shown when booking and clean. It was also perfect for bringing a dog since it had a fenced area. Ed was very accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than expected so he allowed us to check-in early. We also brought a boat with us for the trip. Due to a ladder rack issue on our truck, we were not able to fit under the house to access the ramp. Ed was kind enough to notice this issue and provided a property a few streets over to launch out of. We spent most of our evenings relaxing outside and fishing off the dock. Out of all of our travels in North Carolina, Frisco is by far our new favorite place to stay. We would book this house again due to its location, access to the beaches, and local restaurants! "

"If you love to fish this is the place, clean, nice, beautiful views and plenty of fish to catch right off the dock. Took my two boys and one of their friends and we loved it, they also enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the canal. Just a great house and a perfect location."

I found the unit very clean and also well stocked with cleaning supplies which always makes it easier to keep it nice and de clutteredWe love Frisco and Avon and getting away from the big crowd, so Frisco is perfect for us! We had a great holiday and a great vacation and I would highly recommend this spot!"

"The house and property were fantastic. Scott was always quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Having access to the water was a big plus. The bugs weren’t as bad as other reviews said, but we were there at the end of June. Normal mosquitoes and a few horse flies, but you’ll find that anywhere near the water. We had kayaks delivered from a local rental company, which I recommend. They have their own private boat ramp if you have your own boat as well. The property is big and private. Sunsets were awesome! One thing I would recommend is bringing an extra beach towel, there was only one towel in the house per person."
