Not only is this condo Adorable, very comfortable, spacious, fully equipped everything you could need and super clean it is located in a prime area. Close to the Winter Park resort (10 mins) and Fraser tubing hill (5 mins …a must do…soooo much fun!). And 5 mins to grocery and restaurants in downtown Fraser which we found to be really quaint. Volarios Italian..,delish!!! The only downfall to the stay was going up 3 flights of stairs to the front door and then another inside to the bedrooms. That’s a lot with luggage and the heating system is loud in the walls. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! ##### Janine C.
