Sometimes it goes out for short periods of time regardless, but we have a 95% rate. \*We do NOT have A/C, however, we provide a fan in each bedroom. Being in the Canyon, our house stays cooler naturally. Opening the windows at night helps to keep it nice and temperate. During the days, if the windows and blinds are left open, it can get hot. By shutting both, the house will stay at a nice temp. In addition, There is no cell phone service at the cabin most of the time. Sometimes Verizon will work, but other service providers do not seem to. Text messages go through just fine and we have a landline for local calls, and long-distance calls can call in! WE STRONGLY ADVISE RENTING A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE OR A VEHICLE WITH SNOW TIRES IN THE WINTER MONTHS. REST ASSURED, ALL ROADS LEADING TO THE PROPERTY ARE PAVED AND PLOWED BY THE COUNTY. DRIVEWAY AND BRIDGE TO BE PLOWED BY HOMEOWNER DURING SNOW STORMS WHEN NECESSARY. Check in was a breeze. The house was very welcoming, clean, and well stocked. The location is gorgeous with tons of trees and the river running nearby. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the sauna, so we had to contact the owner. Stephen was very quick to reply and helped us out. We will definitely be rebooking for a more restful weekend as this visit was to celebrate my son’s graduation from CU. ##### Sandy M. The inside of the cabin was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The cabin was situated along the creek which was very tranquil; we relaxed in the hot tub and had coffee by the fire pit in the morning with the sounds of the creek in the background.
