New spacious hotel room with a comfortable bed and quality linens.

My husband and I stayed at The Delegate for 1 night and was very impressed with the property, lobby ,front desk assisstance checking in & out as well as our lovely room we stayed in. We have nothing negative about our experience at The Delegate. We enjoyed appetizers wth cocktails in the bar with amazing service and attention to detail by bartender. We did accidentally leave a valuable personal item behind and The Delegate was very quick to call informing us that we had left something behind....

Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet

A super cool loft well laid out and very hip. Bed was wonderful and I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Frankfort. Great location for exploring this beautiful old school charming town. Or if you’re starting your bourbon tour. You guys did a great job on layout and function with a nicely appointed kitchen and of course the most comfy bed. This is a must stay spot for all visitors. See you again soon I hope.

Great, new property with very friendly and helpful staff and a really good breakfast. Lots of decent dining options nearby. The hotel is also close to the city center, the interstate, and quite a few distilleries.

Excellent location. Quiet room for sleeping and comfortable beds.

Very comfy, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast

Besides a weird horse smell in the room (that was not even outside), everything was very clean, much cleaner than other hotel rooms we’ve been in and it was peaceful! The breakfast was okay too.

Very nice hotel, friendly service great breakfast good location

Stay was fine. No info was given as to the times breakfast was available so missed it by 10 minutes. One day room wasn’t cleaned so no fresh towels. But overall the room met out needs

A bit run down, but clean and we'll kept. A good value.

My personal family booked three rooms for three nights. This property is amazing. The amenities were great. They use Dove products, the pillows and bed was great very comfy. Full size pillows. Some hard soft med. Excellent. Breakfast had huge selection. And real coffee mate. Great touch. I will definitely share with everyone. Some of my extended family live in Versailles and have company visiting a lot through out the year. We will book again. We probably had twenty rooms booked for the...

Checkin was welcoming. Our room was great. So many extra amendments. Large breakfast area. Comfortable. Good food. Loved the bbq and sitting area to eat. The fireplace outside was wonderful. Great stay. Would recommend for sure.
