« Nice property. Beautiful view! Porches are great. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. There were many nice conveniences such as bath robes, candles, toiletries , coffee, frozen food...

« The pictures do not actually depict what you are getting. I walked in and the place was gross. Smelled really strongly of cigarettes. There were cabinets off the hinges in the kitchen and dirty towels. I didn’t even end up staying there and am still working on getting a refund. »

« Really nice place to stay and the people in charge of the facility are super ice, polite, helpful and easily available. I spent 2 peaceful nights there. My only objection is the downtown location which might be technically true but it's a ways from anywhere you would want to go downtown. Kind of a downscale neighborhood. My fault, I used to live in Lexington and didn't check the address on a map. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5. But super price and nice place. »

« This place is great. Location is nice and close to downtown, clean, well stocked, etc. The speakeasy below was not an issue at all. We used the white-noise maker in the bedroom, but it wasn't necessary. Parking is perfect, it's about 2 steps to unload the car and get into the place. Jack Brown burger place is right down the road. If you haven't been there, go there. Get the sauce. You're welcome. As always .... the test is -- would I stay there again, and recommend ... Yes and Yes. »

« Great spot close to UK campus, Kroger Field, Hospitals, and downtown Lexington. HIGHLY recommend for a football weekend for its convenience. We were in-town for the UGA UK football game and would stay in this same place in two years if we make the return trip. Across the street is KSR bar which is a great sports bar for drinks pre/post game. Also, there were shuttle busses that you could hop on for $1/person that would take you closer to Kroger Field and back after the game. This saved us $$$ on...
