Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new subway tile in the bath, internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard. I was disappointed in the kitchen area. We pay for a cleaning fee yet our unit had mold in the Keurig water tank, oven was dirty, and food particles in fridge door molding. This condo is located within minutes of several distilleries. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. We ate at the nearby Chilis and the service was fantastic! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all linens were provided. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but it is very quiet and everyone we ran into in the complex was friendly. The condo is small, but it was all we needed as we were in and out. The only issue we had was one day there was no hot water. We messaged the host and they responded right away that is was being worked on. The bedroom faces the morning sun, so bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. Arrived at check in and had a hard time with the passcode to enter. I didn't hit a button before the passcode. That is not stated on the check in instructions. Figured it out and went inside. Clean small condo. Bed was t comfortable and bedding was very thin. Left after first night as neighborhood seems sketchy ##### Joe G. Clockradio is busted.Outdoor walkways and railings need work. Bedding was very clean and new,floors were clean,refrigerator and icemaker were great.AC was on when we arrived which was rare but quite wonderfull! Sofa was grody because people are just ignorant.American Owners is a welcome surprise yes!
